A working-styles result is sensitive precisely because it's at work. Here's exactly what we collect, who can see it, and the lines we won't cross — in plain language, not legalese.
Team Mirror is a conversation tool, not a clinical or psychometric assessment. Your result is a starting point you can confirm, reject, or edit in your own words. It is never a verdict, a score on your performance, or anything an employer should use for hiring, promotion, or evaluation.
Only the person who set up the team. The team map lives behind a private access link with a secret token — there is no public directory, and the map can't be reached by guessing a URL. We don't sell data, run ad networks, or share results with third parties.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic only (page views, referrers). No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting.
